ARRIVAL Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to complete your pre-treatment consultation form and relax in our guest lounge with a refreshment. To ensure a fulfilling experience, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, though we’ll make every effort to minimise disruptions.
HEALTH & WELLBEING Inform us during booking if you’re pregnant or have health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact your treatment.
VALUABLES Leave jewellery and valuables at home, as we can’t be responsible for their loss or damage.
CLINIC ETIQUETTE Maintain a tranquil environment by turning off mobile phones and keeping voices low.

MINIMUM AGE We cater to young adults and adults. Guests aged 15-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please refrain from bringing children to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
CHILDREN POLICY It is our clinic policy that children are unable to attend appointments with you. This is not only for their own safety but for the comfort of all our clients attending the clinic.
PARKING Enjoy 2-hour free parking behind the Merimbula RSL, a short walk from our entrance on Alice Street. Plan ahead to ensure ample time for parking and arrival.
PREGNANCY Notify us during booking if you are pregnant, as some treatments may not be suitable. We’ll assist you in choosing the most appropriate treatment for your stage of pregnancy.

We understand life happens and you may need to change or reschedule your appointment.
At In2skin we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to not refund your deposit.
