Millie Ford
I’m Millie, the owner and lead nurse of In2skin. Welcome to the beginning of your skin care journey, you have made a positive choice coming this far.
Looking after people has been my whole career, I love it! For the past 30 years I’ve been nursing and specialising in Cosmetic Nursing for the last 10 years. Education, experience and passion has been the forefront of In2skin’s success.
Our mission is making people feel confident within themselves, working from the inside out. Our skin can be a reflection of who we are, our health and how we feel about ourselves. Everybody deserves the chance to take control of their skin concerns, ranging from prevention, repair or reversal. Our treatments are for the generations, no one is exempt.
In2skin is the realisation of a career dream, and an experience beyond the normal. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Elizabeth Wilkinson
Clinic Coordinator
Since joining In2Skin in 2021, Lil has become an invaluable member of our team. Starting as a receptionist, she has progressed into the role of Clinic Coordinator, where her dedication, professionalism and leadership help ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
With over 10 years of administrative experience, Lil is committed to providing exceptional customer service and consistently goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for every client .
In 2024, Lil completed her Professional Certificate in the Management and Promotion of the Cosmetic Practice through the Australian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Wollongong, further expanding her knowledge and skills.

Anne Robinson
Dermal Therapist
With over 20 years of Dermal Therapy experience, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to In2skin. Anne is dedicated to delivering results for her clients and has undertaken extensive training in both her homeland of France and Australia.
Anne is also a highly sought after Permanent Makeup Artist, delivering meticulous results for her clients.
Leaving Anne’s homeland of France to follow her heart, Anne has made the Far South Coast her home for the past 15 years. Anne has spent her profession running her own beauty clinics both in France and Australia, and held educative roles in the art and science of Cosmetic Tattooing.

Tahlia Pendrick
Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician
Tahlia completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2017 and has continued to grow her knowledge in the field of skin rejuvenation with a particular focus on acne treatments.
Having lived with cystic acne and with minimal treatments available during her teens, Tahlia has made it her focus to ensure she can help others regain their confidence and say goodbye to problematic skin.
Tahlia has also trained in Laser Therapies with the completion of her Laser Hair Removal Certificate in 2022 and has undergone extensive training to assist clients with hair removal, pigmentation and vascular treatments.
Tahlia recently completed her Professional Certificate in Dermatology and Dermatoscopy for Aesthetic Practice with the Australian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science.

As the friendly face of our team, Jade is often the first person you’ll meet when you visit or contact us. With a warm, welcoming approach and a passion for helping others, Jade ensures every client feels valued and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
Known for exceptional organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail, Jade keeps our front desk running smoothly while assisting clients, coordinating appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. Her positive attitude and commitment to creating a welcoming environment makes her an essential part of our team.

Registered Nurse
Justine has 13 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 4 years experience as a Cosmetic Nurse. With a caring and approachable nature, she loves getting to know her clients and working with them to achieve their goals. Combining her clinical expertise with an eye for detail, Justine takes the time to listen, answer questions, and create personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
Justine is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and positive experience from the moment you arrive.
Whether you’re new to In2skin or a returning client, Justine looks forward to helping you feel confident, empowered, and comfortable every step of the way.
